Dr. Manuel Navarro, M.D. was a physician at the University of Santo Thomas in the Philippines who used B17/Amygdaline on his patients. He invented and applied a HCG test to cancer by creating a measurement to determine the rate of cell production in international units (IU's) per cc of urine. When the rate is above normal, it signifies that the body is producing excess, unnecessary cells. Those are interpreted to be malignant.
